For example, a number of the form +225 74 xx.xxxx will change to +225 05 74.xx.xxxx, and a number of the form +225 31 9x.xxxx will change to +225 27 31.9x.xxxx. Note that the leading 0 for mobile numbers must be dialed from abroad: that is, ‎+225 05‎, not ‎+225 5‎.
